The Post Majority Supervisor is responsible for working with the Post Majority team and to assist as needed with support to ensure a successful transition for the cleints. This includes collaboration with the Permanency Unit, TAP/SFP Unit and Prevention Unit. This role ensures Post Majority staff provide educational and/or career planning for youth and to Act as an advocate for the Youth to support their transition to independence. The Post Majority Supervisor will develop and implement effective strategies to support youth/adults to reach self-sufficiency withing their community, to enhance the safety, security and independence of youth/adult formerly in care. The Post Majority Supervisor will ensure the collaborative efforts between community members, programs, leadership, other stakeholders and staff improve the safety and living conditions of families. The Post Majority Supervisor is responsible for the implementation and delivery of the Siksika Children’s Services Program in accordance with Siksika culture and traditions incorporated by the agency.
