The Post Majority Caseworker is responsible for working with Youth/Adults to assist as needed with case management to ensure a successful transition to independence. This includes collaboration with the Permanency Unit, TAP/SFP Unit and Prevention Unit. This role supports educational and/or career planning for youth the agency and to Act as an advocate for the Youth to support their transition to independence. The Post Majority Caseworker will develop and implement effective strategies to support youth/adults to reach self-sufficiency withing their community, to enhance the safety, security and independence of youth/adult formerly in care.Post Majority Caseworker JUN2025 – Job Posting
