The Team Lead will provide direction to a team of Youth Care Workers at Siksika. The Team Lead oversees all aspects of program life, including the daily care, wellness, and supervision of our staff and residents. This position will typically work within Emergency/Transition Home. The Team Lead is responsible for the implementation and delivery of the Siksika Children’s Village Program in accordance with Siksika culture and traditions incorporated by the agency.
