HTSCYS-Youth Care Worker, Female and Male Youth Services

Our Youth Care Workers are the heart of our Female and our Male Youth Services programs. They participate in all aspects
of program life and are responsible for the daily care, wellness, and supervision of our residents. This position will typically
work within one home but is expected to support colleagues at adjacent programs.
This position requires morning, evening, and weekend availability, plus statutory holidays. Shifts are generally
7:00am to 3:00pm; 12:00pm to 8:00pm; and 3:00pm to 11:00pm. Occasional 4- to 5-hour shifts and shifts exceeding 8 hours
are scheduled during periods of high activity and for coverage in special circumstances. Please note, this position does require
occasional overnight shifts from 11:00pm to 7:00am
