The Youth Support Worker is responsible for organizing and delivering prevention programs offered to connect youth to community supports and services through youth prevention plans, mandatory education series, elder support and youth prevention activities. The Youth Prevention Team will seek to strengthen traditional skills within youth; leverage family, individual strengths and protective factors, create on-going
opportunity for youth to develop and enhance their quality of life.
