Reporting to the Prevention Program Manager, the Prevention Team Lead is responsible for program development and provision of strategic leadership and direction to Prevention team members, under the Prevention/Early Intervention umbrella within Siksika Children’s Services. The Prevention team will proactively connect families/children and youth to community supports and services through family prevention plans, in-home support, child care support and youth prevention activities. The Prevention Team Lead is accountable for a three year work plan including program development, implementation, monitor and evaluation of program, case management of families and on-going quality improvement initiatives.
