Reporting to the Culture & Elders Team Lead, the Cultural Coordinator is responsible for the development, coordination, and delivery of culturally grounded programming within the Prevention and Early Intervention framework, with a primary focus on Siksika men’s programming. This role supports the integration of Siksika Ways of Knowing into services that strengthen men’s roles as fathers, caregivers, mentors, and protectors, and that contribute to family wellness, cultural continuity, and child safety.
